Enrollment
Our After School Program Calendar runs from August 31, 2015 through June 3, 2016. WCA operates with the Cleveland County Schools Calendar. A calendar will be provided to each parent for reference. Applications for the coming school year are due before a child is to begin the program. Applications must be completed in its entirety as the application fee of $25 before a student is to begin the program.
Enrollment is considered at a first come, first serve basis. Enrollment priority is given to siblings of existing children. A wait list is available for mid-year openings.

Tuition & Fees
Tuition is $35 per week/per child, due on the first school day of the week. Tuition received after the due date may be subject to a $25 late fee. Financial aid is available for those who qualify.
In addition to tuition, there is an annual $25 activity fee payable on the first day of school, which covers school supplies and enrichment activities for the year.
